She is also a badass who used to play "Rock Band" as a kid and now takes the stage to perform that style of music she loves with all her heart. Growing up you were not allowed to listen to Rock music. I was wondering who was the first Rock artist or band you discovered? My mom got me and my brother "Rock Band". I was allowed to play the game so I remember hearing “Detroit Rock City” by Kiss and “Maps” by Yeah Yeah Yeahs. It was just the best music ever.
